Skilled crews construct the building modules indoors, away from weather delays, ensuring quality and consistency. Walls, floors, and systems like plumbing and electrical are all installed under one roof, inspected at each stage for safety and durability. By the time the modules leave the factory, they’re nearly complete. Ready to be transported, assembled on-site, and transformed into a finished daycare in a fraction of the usual time.

While the modules are being constructed off-site, crews simultaneously prepare the daycare site with foundations, utility connections, parking areas, and outdoor play yards.
